Noon on June 21st was the ten year anniversary of my latitude and longitude project. I actually have 11 years of data counting a year from Oct 1996 - Oct 1997. Eleven years of recording my latitude, longitude and elevation every hour - that is about 96360 locations entered on logsheets like this one.The precise anniversary passed without much fanfare. I wasn't on a mountain top or other geographically important location, just at my parents' house in Ohio. That is the nature of the project - seemingly insignificant locations are made important and significant locations are lost in the increasing number of data points.
